This is the only course at Katsura, a restaurant that specializes in Hourai beef, that allows you to savor Hourai beef from start to finish.Please enjoy at the counter seats.The cattle are raised with care in Oku-Mikawa Shinshiro, Aichi Prefecture, and are not given antibiotics, resulting in soft, sweet and tender meat.We have acquired this rare brand of beef from a butcher who loves beef.
